Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Economic Post with tracking information. If you prefer delivery by EMS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Orders will ship to the address on file on the web site, so please make sure that the address on the web site is correct. If you want something sent to a different address, please leave a note at checkout.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Please know that once the item leaves my studio I'm not responsible for any fees related to duty, customs this is your responsibility. Items can not be returned for that issue.
I provide the shipping information after I send the item, if you did not receive the product after 15 business days, please check with the loca post office and contact me.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Free shipping delivery is:
* Up to 21 business days to USA, no tracking information available.
* Up to 15 days to Europe, but about 30 days to Germany. To Germany the shipping can take one month or more, it depends on the Germany custom.
* Australia up to 4 weeks.
* By Eco post: Up to 10 business days to USA and Europe, Asia with taking information available.
* By EMS: Up to 5 business days to USA and Europe, Asia with taking information available.
YaelBelDesigns.com does not refund money for shipments of products that were returned.
Returns: YaelBelDesigns.com does not cover return shipping. In case that a product is returned, the shipment will be at expense of the client.
Exchange Product: In case you want to exchange the product for another, the two shipments will be responsibility of the client, the return one and the sending back.
In case you return for fixing during the warranty year, we will be responsible for the shipping back to you. There will not be any refund money for the sending shipping.
